The HY1151/3351/3051DP double flange differential pressure level transmitter is a pressure sensor component used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the transmitter. It is connected to the transmitter by a capillary tube filled with fluid. Used to measure the liquid level, flow rate, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal output.

Working principle

The HY1151/3351/3051DP double flange differential pressure level transmitter is a new type of differential pressure transmitter produced by our company through the introduction of advanced foreign technology and equipment. The key raw materials, components, and parts are all imported, and the whole machine has undergone strict assembly and testing. This product has advanced design principles, complete varieties and specifications, and easy installation and use. After the differential pressure transmitter is equipped with a remote transmission sealing device, it becomes a double flange liquid level transmitter, which still has various characteristics of differential pressure/pressure transmitters. Can communicate with the HART handheld device for setting and monitoring.

Product Features

This measurement method can avoid direct contact between the measured medium and the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter. It is suitable for the following situations:

1. The tested medium has a corrosive effect on the sensitive components of the transmitter

2. Need to isolate the high-temperature measured medium from the transmitter

3. There are suspended solids or high viscosity media in the tested medium

4. The tested medium is easily solidified or crystallized when introduced by a pressure tube

5. Strictly purify the measuring head when replacing the measured medium

6. The measuring head must be kept hygienic and contamination is strictly prohibited. Object of use: Corrosive or viscous liquids

Attention: Remote transmitters should not be used in vacuum environments.

There are four types of remote transmission devices for dual flange level transmitters:

1. Flat remote transmission device (standard 3 ", working pressure 2.5MPa)

2. Threaded installation remote transmission device (high working pressure 10MPa)

3. Flange mounted remote transmission device

4. Insert cylinder type remote transmission device (standard 3 "or 4", working pressure 2.5MPa)

13. Differential pressure/pressure transmitters with remote transmission devices provide a reliable measurement method to avoid direct contact between the measured medium and the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter.
